An abundance of fresh fruit, vegetables, spices and Indian Ocean fish helps make Sri Lankan cuisine remarkable; and drives the kitchen - our hotel’s engine - with healthy menus inspired by street food as much as fine dining, using local ingredients, many from our own kitchen, fruit and spice gardens.  

Meals are served anywhere you would like them - including the Pool Veranda, the Horseshoe Veranda and the Dining Room

Breakfast is served from 8am To 11.30.   
Lunch is served from 11.30am to 6.30pm.   

Dinner is served from 6.30pm to 9.30pm.
