All we serve is made-to-order, and unprocessed, with fresh ingredients bought
from local businesses, specialist producers; and a growing range of organic suppliers.

Meals are served anywhere you would like them - including the Pool Veranda,
the Horseshoe Veranda and the Dining Room

Breakfast - from 8am to 11.30am.   
A La Carte from 11.30am to 9.30pm.
